Document Ref: KR-NY-TERMS-2026 Effective Date: October 13, 2026 Jurisdiction: New York State, USA Desk: Inquiry & Collector Allocation

01. Effective Date and Schedule Applicability

These Terms of Acquisition and Warranty took effect on October 13, 2026. By accessing this platform, submitting an allocation specification through sapue30.php, consulting our acquisition desk via live support chat, or requesting collector case lots, you agree to be bound by the operational rules and condition standards set forth in this instrument.

02. Corporate Identity and Registered Operator

These terms are established with Kidrobotstoys, trading publicly at kidrobotstoys.com. Physical headquarters and acquisition showroom are established at 74 Leonard St, New York, New York 10013, New York, New York, United States. Established in 2002 by founder Paul Budnitz, the enterprise maintains active New York business registration records. Official telephone contact: 212-255-8066. Acquisition and administration email: [email protected].

03. Scope of Digital Service and Physical Products

This digital platform serves exclusively as an informational showcase, dimensional comparison index, and collector allocation desk. The physical works catalogued encompass four specific categories:

  • Limited Art Figures: Rotocast designer vinyl creations released in numbered editions with custom pad printing.
  • Designer Vinyl Toys: Core artist sculpts in 3-inch and 4-inch heights, supplied as single units or paired 2-piece blister sets.
  • Blind Boxes: Factory-sealed opaque mystery packaging holding unknown figure variants, available individually or in intact 20-unit master cartons.
  • Pop-Culture Collectibles: Officially licensed cultural character interpretations housed in archival window boxes with holographic tamper seals.

This site does not operate an automated ecommerce shopping cart, digital wallet integration, instant checkout system, or consumer credit card gateway.

04. Inquiry-Only Commercial Framework and Contract Formation

Nothing presented on this site constitutes a binding commercial offer to sell or an executable consumer contract. No figures presented on pages or calculated via interactive tools represent binding quotes.

An inquiry submitted through our specification form or support chat constitutes a non-binding request for inventory allocation. A contract of sale is formed solely when our Leonard Street acquisition desk verifies stock availability, checks series batch limits, calculates applicable municipal taxes and secure freight charges, issues an itemized written allocation invoice, and executes a formal agreement with the collector. We reserve the absolute right to decline allocation requests that exceed release allowances or secondary market speculative quotas.

05. Pricing Schedules, Currency, and Variance Drivers

All figures across this platform are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Base pricing bands established and verified by our operational management reflect:

  • Limited Art Figures: 9.99–27.99 USD per unit.
  • Designer Vinyl Toys: 9.99–27.99 USD per unit.
  • Blind Boxes: 9.99–14.99 USD per unit.
  • Pop-Culture Collectibles: 9.99–61.98 USD per unit.

Final invoice totals depend on verified specification parameters: specific series release tier; artist licensing royalties; physical figure scale (standard 3-inch versus 4-inch sculpts versus archival display formats); packaging configuration (foil-sealed mystery blind box versus archival open-window box); and unit grouping (single unit, paired 2-piece blister set, or retailer master carton lot of 20 units). All applicable state and municipal sales taxes, customs fees, and specialized insured courier charges are calculated and itemized prior to final transaction execution.

06. Acceptable Platform Use and Inquiry Protocol

Visitors agree to use this platform strictly for legitimate acquisition inquiries and archival research. The following practices are prohibited:

  • Deploying automated scraping bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract edition imagery, dimensional ratios, or price bands.
  • Submitting fraudulent, fictitious, or speculative inquiries through sapue30.php or the acquisition chat desk.
  • Attempting to bypass security honeypots (firm, website) or manipulating timestamp tokens (at).
  • Reverse engineering client scripts, interactive calculation formulas, or WebGL shader routines.
  • Attempting automated denial-of-service transmissions against our hosting infrastructure or backend endpoints.

07. Intellectual Property, Sculpt Rights, and Trademarks

All digital assets displayed on kidrobotstoys.com—including high-resolution studio photographs of vinyl sculptures, rotocast mold bench imagery, architectural photographs of our 74 Leonard Street archive, copy, vector trademarks, and the Kidrobot wordmark—are the exclusive intellectual property of Kidrobot and founder Paul Budnitz, active since 2002, or licensed under official intellectual property agreements with partner artists and entertainment studios. No image, text excerpt, or brand asset may be republished, repurposed, or commercially redistributed without written authorization executed by our New York office.

08. Authenticity Warranty, Rotocast Tolerances, and Disclaimers

Authenticity Warranty & Sealed Carton Guarantee

Kidrobot warrants that every figure, set, and master carton allocated directly through our Leonard Street desk is 100% authentic, manufactured from rotational cast vinyl or high-density ABS plastic, and catalogued under verified batch numbers.

Blind Box Integrity Policy: We do not sell opened blind boxes as sealed surprises. Master carton lots (20 sealed units) and individual blind boxes ship with factory-sealed outer foil and intact tamper-evident box seals. We guarantee that master cartons possess unaltered factory drop ratios. Once a factory foil seal is broken by the collector, individual blind box figures cannot be returned or exchanged due to character variant preference.

Rotational Casting Tolerances: Rotocast vinyl is an artisanal manufacturing process where liquid plastisol cures inside heated split metal molds. Minor microscopic surface variances, tiny mold seam alignments under half a millimeter, and hand-finished paint registration variations are inherent characteristics of designer vinyl production and do not constitute defects.

Except as expressly warranted herein, the site and its exploratory calculation tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Kidrobotstoys, its founder Paul Budnitz, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this website, delayed inquiry processing, inventory unavailability, courier delivery interruptions, or the inability to secure a specific limited artist edition. In no event shall our total liability for claims relating to website usage exceed the total sums paid by the inquiring party to Kidrobot in connection with the disputed allocation, or 100.00 USD, whichever is lesser.

10. Refusal and Termination of Allocation Services

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or refuse access to our allocation desk, inquiry processing, or showroom consultations to any party who: (a) breaches these Terms of Acquisition; (b) submits verifiable grey-market re-selling or mass scalping requests; (c) submits invalid or abusive contact information; (d) tampers with network requests; or (e) engages in abusive behavior toward our New York staff.

11. Governing Law and Exclusive New York Jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your interaction with kidrobotstoys.com or allocation inquiries submitted through our desk, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the County of New York, New York, for the adjudication of any legal proceeding or dispute arising under these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms and Operational Protocols

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these terms at our sole discretion to reflect changes in edition allocation guidelines, material costs, advertising platform standards, or statutory requirements. When revisions occur, the updated instrument will be published directly within this framed document card with an updated effective date timestamp. Continued submission of inquiries after the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
